The application form can be found below. None of the sections have a length requirement; just be sure to write enough to give the mods a good idea of your character.

Please let us know if you're posting with a journal other than what you'll be using for the character!

Player Name: Best Contact: AIM is preferred. Are you over 18? Required. Character (Public) Name: This should be Japanese, except under extraordinary circumstances. Arcana: Fool, Judgement, and World are reserved for the plot. Not required for NPCs, but encouraged for flavor. Gender: Age: Grade: Although Chitoku accepts students from middle and high school (US grades 7-12), Persona users must be in high school. Persona-user or NPC?: Players are limited to a maximum of one of each. Played By: Starting Persona: Please provide a reason for this decision. Combat Role: Healer, status effects, bruiser, etc. Not required for the application, but if you don't have one in mind, please contact the mods once you're accepted so we can hash something out with you. Appearance: Personality: History: Please restrict this to what is currently public knowledge: that is, what people could reasonably know with minimal digging. Possible evolved Persona(s): The Persona can potentially undergo multiple evolutions depending on the development of the character, so it might be helpful to have a few of these in mind.
